  1. What is the experience like? The experience is interactive and uses AI, augmented reality, and floor-to-ceiling projections to immerse visitors in the world of Leonardo da Vinci. Visitors can engage with his creations, such as the Mona Lisa and The Last Supper, and tinker with his inventions.
  2. What is the duration of the experience? The immersive show duration is 45 minutes, but there will be a pre-show of 10 min and then customers can dwell time shopping exclusive merchandise and specially curated food and beverages by NESCO food.
  3. What are the age restrictions? Children aged 3–5 are eligible for child tickets, but younger children can also enter, though walk-ins and outs during the show are not permitted.
  4. Will children be asked for age proof? No, children’s ages will be determined on the basis of the height chart, A height scale will be available at the venue: Height chart 0.00 to 37.00 Inches – Free 37.01 to 43.00 inches – Child tickets 43.01 and above – Adult ticket
  5. When should I arrive? It's recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes before your time slot.
  6. What are the hours of operation? Show is open all days 10:30 am to 10:00 pm.
  7. Can I reschedule or cancel my tickets? The tickets are not cancellable, however, it can be rescheduled if they are intimated 72 hours prior and based on the availability of a slot of the same category ticket.
  8. What should I know about the show? The show includes flashing imagery and semi-loud volumes.
  9. Is there car parking available? Yes, there is paid car parking available.
  10. Is the show accessible on wheelchairs? Yes. Wheelchairs are available on request.
  11. Is there a washroom facility available? Yes, washrooms are available inside the venue.
  12. Will the F&B available at the venue? Specially curated Food and beverage stalls are available at the food court for purchase.
  13. Who are the organizers of the event? The event’s exclusive India licenses are with Theia Enterprise India Pvt Ltd and the event is organized jointly between Theia Enterprise and Black Tie – event management.
